- Family and friendly environment - Approachable colleagues (even upper management) - Nice office and office materials (new screens, computers, materials to work remote provided, lockers, etc) - Nice team building activities - Possibility to participate in many events and international conferences - Flexibility and understanding staff
Cons
- Lack of organization - Lack of trained employees which have high positions (Head of departments) - Lack of centralized systems and tools - Outdated processes - Medium to low salaries, if you consider limited promotions and no additional bonuses
