Incompetent and abusive top level management. Top level management have foul mouths. They manage with fear. Very abusive CEO. Many mistakes in client's payrolls are covered up by sending very expensive gifts to the client contacts. This buys the company good "reviews" from the clients. Data entry clerks regulary work excessive OT. Very abusive and demeaning language is used by top level management. Employees are intimidated. Whenever there is a mistake discovered, the lowest level employees are blamed when it is actually due to the lack of managements skills. Big differences in pay scale between mid level management and executives. In general, a very hostile place to work. Use the place as a stepping stone.
