Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Cons

In some cases, coordination across teams can take extra time

Pros

Not pros I found first they hire me by telling I m being selected for project after joining they put me on bench

Cons

1. Micro management 2. Toxic work culture of client and EPAM 3. Heavy workload and pressure 4. For everything you to update RM,DM, Project Manager , Client this is the worst thing I have ever seen updating so many managers then what is the use of Reporting Manager 5. RM wont take your side he will only see how his job will he safe 6. No proper KTs provided directly they will start assigning you tickets and expect to work like an expert Worst experience in this company

Great global exposure

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Global exposure Work with Fortune 500 clients across industries — finance, healthcare, travel, retail — gaining breadth that's hard to replicate at a single-domain company. Learning & certification EPAM subsidizes certifications (ISTQB, AWS, etc.) and has an internal learning platform. QA Leads are expected to stay current, so upskilling is baked in. Strong QA community EPAM has a large, dedicated QA practice with internal communities, knowledge bases, and CoE (Centers of Excellence) you can tap into for frameworks and tooling. Career growth paths Clear leveling framework. From QA Lead you can move toward Principal Engineer, Quality Architect,. Delivery Manager, or QA Practice Lead — both technical and managerial tracks exist. Modern tech stack Projects often involve modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, k6, etc.), cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines — keeping your skills marketable.

Cons

Large-corp bureaucracy As a 55,000+ person company, processes can be slow. Tool purchases, headcount changes, and process improvements often require multiple approval layers. Distributed team challenges Teams are often spread across multiple time zones. Coordinating standups, reviews, and handoffs with teammates in Eastern Europe, India, and North America adds daily friction.

Pros

Nothing good, except pay. Also they are allowing work from home

Cons

I took wrong decision in my carreer. I have joined here for 3 months.when managerial round happened at that time manager told you will be allocated to project once you join here but still now no project allocation happened. They are giving fake promises. Also, project interview was very difficult. Also they expect to all the skills in jd to match for the particular role. If we said skill match, asked to upskill and attend interview but during interview they are asking so you have real time experience. Planning to resign. Also resource manager very rude. He is talking epam standard high. Your previous companies not standard then why they are hiring fromnot standard company i don't know.
