Micromanagement was constant, and no decision could be made without it going up a chain. I was never allowed to handle things independently, even though I was more than capable. It slowed everything down and made us all feel like babysat interns.

EPC Group is a company riddled with lies and deception. They have not been fully transparent with their customers or employees. Expect shady business practices, late paycheck and unethical behind-the-scene decision-making without notice, Very unprofessional company. Do not work here unless you want to work with unethical people and be miserable daily.
