Too much of office politics. And not a good environment to work.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. It is a typical "lala" company with very low employee recognition and appreciation. The management appears indifferent to the hard work and dedication of its staff, treating employees as expendable resources rather than valuable contributors. It’s no surprise that employees rarely stay with the firm for even a year. The high turnover rate is a clear indication of the toxic work environment and lack of support for professional growth. I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made.
