      Good co workers who work as a team

      Cons

      Financially not good . Benefits decreasing and changes in overtime policies meant more for less. Investors more interested in investment return than an experienced workforce .

      there are no standards to follow as company policy , everything it has to be approved by the company owner even little things so the managers don't have large authorities
