      Pros

      The negative reviews are from disgruntled, disloyal, selfish people who loved getting bonuses every holiday, time off- and a flexible schedule that was no where near 40hours . These people are currently in litigation for their behavior and stealing clients and coworkers . Liars

      Pros

      Competent and caring employees now work here! The former negative, incompetent and bad apples have left the building! Good work schedule with good surgeons and all located within San Antonio- no long commutes! Supportive management and great pay, benefits and bonuses!

      Cons

      There are some derogatory and FALSE reviews left on this site by former employees who are currently in litigation for stealing surgeons and other employees which as you know is a big no-no and non-competes and non-solicitations are signed for this reason! They left FAKE reviews in an attempt to smear our company (all of which coincidentally left between April and July 2024)! We are working to get these false reviews rescinded legally. Current employees have and will post reviews giving their honest opinions.

      Pros

      I am able to stay at home with my son and I love the flexibility. Being a self-motivated person, I enjoy working from home.

      Cons

      I don't like that there isn't a designated HR department but that's a small company issue.
