      Pros

      Leadership team is very intelligent, hard working, and responsive. Pay is great. Company culture is the best I've ever experienced. Work from home Fridays. Professional development is not only expected and encouraged, but time is set aside weekly to discuss new ideas with management.

      Cons

      Somewhat steep learning curve when you first start. Realtors will tell you "no" a lot more than they'll tell you "yes", which can be hard to get used to. Building up your contact list can take a few months.

      EPOC Real Estate comprises a highly motivated, hard-working culture and continues to challenge me on a daily basis. You can tell the partners value every individual on the team and are always open to feedback, new ideas, and ways to improve the company.

      The partners operate in different states, yet the company is growing swiftly within multiple markets!

      Amazing culture and team. People truly care about each other and do their best to support each other and meet the companies goals at a fast pace.

      Growing pains similar to that of any company scaling this fast. Leadership is working to solve these issues.
