Pros, 1. Company really growing very well. 2. Technical people will like company and free to share good ideas. 3. Management really working hard to drive company in right directions. They are really down the earth and encourage good and right initiatives. 4. Working with incredibly smart, bright people, willing to share their knowledge is the aspect I value most. 5. Open and inclusive culture, freedom of expression 6. Environment that encourages strong bonding between the members of the company
