Pros
A steadily growing company with great people to work with. The bosses take care of the employees very well, especially during hard times in the pandemic. They acknowledge good work and also give us the necessary correction and guidance.
Cons
The pandemic has pushed a lot of the staff to work from home. Being in the office would have made a lot of our jobs easier and faster.

ER Tech pros has Great work culture, newer technologies, cloud first approach and gives importance for staff education.
Cons
ER TEch pros is a new company that is focusing on Cloud first approach. They provide both IT and cloud services to healthcare. I did not see any cons for this company.
