Great team and sharing of ideas, problem solving etc. Management is in touch with franchisees and very willing and able to help. This is an excellent opportunity to create a significant income and work with great people.

Cons

It can be difficult being isolated and working alone and the success of the business depends very much on the individual. People who are open to leadership and guidance will thrive.
