Very disorganized with regards to hiring. They use you up and spit you out. Zero consideration for their employees. It is a small company for a reason. Unethical business practices, such as lying to the clients and encouraging employees to lie to keep the contract. Hiring people for jobs they can't do, giving them zero training, and terminating them when they cannot do the job. If you take this job, do not stop looking. The good reviews here are all by HR and upper management. There is a reason this company has only 20 people. In my short time there, I was told to lie to a client and not tell them that I just joined the company before giving a training session despite not having worked on their platform for several months. This is very shady, and definitely not a good sign of an employer.

No bonus though they say there is. No implementation structure. High turnover. Not everyone they hire knows NetSuite. This will be a headache!! You’ll have to baby some people. You have to be willing to work overtime whenever and wherever. No solid metrics for promotion. You have to ALWAYS be on the good side of certain people to experience growth. There are other things but I’d rather not discuss.
