      Not the best or the worst.

      Pros

      Good location in the city. Opposite Lloyds. Paid out on bonus. The majority of the staff were friendly and it wasn't too stressful.

      Cons

      Awful man management. Zero training. No direction! They had no process or governance. Or just ignored it if they thought it wasn't necessary. Under paid. CEO was old school and didn't listen to advice from the floor.

      Pros

      There are some good people there.

      Cons

      If your face doesn't fit, you are out. The pay! Doesn't actually apply it's own company values, especially "Say it as you see it!" The CEO is woke. They do not like you talking about pay and actively try to stop you from doing so therefore exacerbating the gender wage gap. No duty of care for employees.
