Pros

Worklife personal life Balance Good for people who try to work in small branches near home

Cons

No salary hike for more than 15 months Not even given designation to existing for almost one year No increment or promotion or any rules regarding the same When you resign from the organization, ESAF won't even pay your salary/leave encashments on time and also they will reduce the amount. Not suitable for professionals.

Only for sales people!

Pros

Consider joining here if you only know lots of people and if you want to sell Savings account, Current account, gold loan, Fd, Rd, Life and Health insurance everyday through out the year. If you can do all this things you will be promoted even in one or two months! If you're not doing sales and working hard only in operation even if you stay 3 or more year you'll not get anything!

Cons

9AM to 10PM Working hours (Most of the time!) Your work will not be recognised unless otherwise you're doing sales. Sales people's are stars! You have to handle lots of work! From cash, operations, loan processing, customer service, marketing, sales, branch management etc., Hectic work no recognisation! But if you met their targets without doing anything in the branch you're a star.

A SOCIAL BANK WITH ZERO BENEFIT FOR THOSE WHO WORK IN IT(except a very few)

Pros

Even though the salary is way below than the avg salary in the banking sector, it will be credited into the bank account. That's it...

Cons

Salary is very bad for freshers, especially in sales profile. Company policy will be saying one thing but it won't be a reality. Very bad increment policy they are actually cheating employees. Work culture is very very bad and it can be a disaster for those experienced people joining from the well-established bank if they are appointed into a USB converted branch. Allowances are not properly paid. Huge work pressure considering the amount of getting paid. The salary of those people who have grown with the bank is very very low, even fresher with the same grade would be getting more salary than those who have worked in the bank for 3 years. Avg HR department. No marketing strategy which would make the sales people's job twice as hard.
