On the surface (pay, 1st impressions, and flexibility) it appears to be a great place to work. Being a smaller to mid-size company, they pay extremely well, but they shouldn’t be. They are unable to stay current on their bills and show no sign of changing. They choose to purchase personal items using the company funds instead of paying bills. Over the last 4-5 months 10+ employees have either been forced out or quit. They will lie to your face just to appease any issues you are having. They don’t care about individual performance, but if you are a friend or family they tend to take care of you. There are plenty more examples of how poorly this company is ran, but there is no need to continue. A strong word of advice would be - absolutely, under no circumstance should you accept a position with them, you will regret it.
