      Pros

      COO in Orlando Office is easy to work for.

      Cons

      Owners are heavy Micro Managers Sales Dept and Operations Dept do not work with each other. Buses are old and hard to maintain. Computer systems are outdated.

      We take great measures to retain quality employees. Computers systems are updated regularly and we try to give managers all the tools they request. To continue to grow and improve we occasionally have to terminate employees who are unable to meet any goals or work with other teammates.
