At Jr Level there no Pros At Sr level there are many Pros They don’t need to work and create processes
Cons
There is no process at any stage. Non standard non working solutions is provided to clients. Solution architect are of no use, even they only have one solution architect, who is very unprofessional. Cause he is not upgraded from a long time.

- A good learning institute. where you can think of staying for more than two years. - not bad to start a carrier with - If you are Somani or relative of Somani they you will be sustaining for more time
Cons
- No Salaries on times. Most of the times it gets delayed. - No increments since from two years. - No additional benifits like other IT companies. - No Insurance policies for the employess. - HR does not exist for the employees. - No processes driven company. - HR Dept is only as good as Event management company and only does "LOL". - High Attrition rate. - No Diwali bonus . - Worst salary structure. - Worst leave structure. - No Sat Off. - No LTA, no extra perks for working on Bank holiday, No OT. Inshort you will only get salary -No Work life balance
