•Employees are just a number for management,they just care about making money(Furst).
•ESG promess you a work life balance but they assign you with customer with high volume workloads and they do not support you to take all the extra time you make during releases or bussiness trips nor pay you the overtime.
•If you do not use your vacations you can roll over 5 days the rest you loose them at the end of the year,not paid.
•When you leave the company they will not pay you the vacation days you have available so just use them before you leave.
•Manager will not call you to even show at least some gratitude at the end of your assignments or career with ESG,do not expect a company that cares about the employees.
•No career grow opportunities unless you want to move with the contracting company you were assigned to by ESG.
