Would give ZERO STARS if allowed - My experience like many others at ESI Construction was, unfortunately, very negative due to the overall company culture. While the organization promotes values like being “dedicated, dependable, and dynamic,” those values are not consistently reflected in how employees are treated.
There is a noticeable pattern of high turnover, with many employees choosing to leave or being pushed out. The environment often feels driven by optics rather than genuine support or development. Employees may feel pressure to fully align with leadership perspectives, and those who don’t can find themselves on the outside quickly.
Job security can feel uncertain. In some cases, when employees give notice, they are asked to leave immediately rather than being allowed to complete a transition period. This creates an atmosphere of instability and distrust.
HR does not function as a neutral support system for employees. Concerns raised are often perceived as being handled in the company’s best interest rather than the employee’s, which can discourage open communication.
Overall, there are talented and hardworking individuals at the company, but the culture and leadership approach make it difficult to thrive long-term.
