Pros

Good benefits and salary, catered lunches about 2x a week, good co-workers, day goes by quickly

Cons

Very stressful job, training did not prepare me to take on full caseload upon conclusion of training, demanding and borderline verbally abusive supervisor

Pros

employees get a paycheck. theres five words

Cons

Everything. The system is outdated by 30 years and they use multiple systems. Reserves are long and complicated and done on spreadsheets which is idiotic. ESIS micro manages to the point of absurdity and feels being hard on the adjusters will inspire them to work harder. This approach drives people away. The clients dictate every move made in handling the claims. In fact Adjusters have to submit their reserves to the clients. ESIS does not stand by their employees and literally allows the clients to treat adjusters horribly. There are no assistants so Adjusters have to do all of the work including trying to move their files. I had never seen a company with this much turnover and people out on stress leave. It's the worst. They should be ashamed.

Pros

Easy to pick up processes and learn what the company does without prior tech knowledge.

Cons

No leadership, little supervision of employees that take advantage of the fact. Little process improvement and no career opportunities.
