Pros

Every end of the year, you get 2 weeks off, and only 3 days are deducted from your AL. Good working environment.

Cons

Training is bad, handover of tasks is slow. You get blamed for doing wrong things, when yuou weren't informed beforehand. Even if you follow the procedure, you will be tasked to do your Manager's job. Also, company heavily promotes AI for efficiency. I can tell some job roles will no longer be needed as AI will replace them.

Pros

The campus itself is nice, and management is now spending more money to improve it further.

Cons

a) Toxic leadership, clear favoritism, and unprofessional behavior involving alcohol in the workplace. b) The person running the Academic Affairs (AA) department at the Singapore campus is extremely difficult to please. c) Favoritism toward certain team members is impossible to ignore, creating a palpable divide — if you are not among the favored, your work is constantly scrutinized while others get away with much less. d) Alcohol is brought into the office frequently by this leader. During company events, this leader insists on drinking sessions. Even when several of us have outstanding work and would rather not participate, we feel compelled to go along — saying “no” feels like a career-limiting move. e) Instead of fostering unity, this leader has divided the department, tending to gossip and stir up issues between colleagues, which has created a toxic atmosphere of mistrust.
