- The consultant managers really listen to what the consultant wants to work with and tries to find relevant positions in that field. -Amazing CEO who cares about his employees.

- Lack of summer jobs as it is a consultancy firm.

We have the best management you can get. Essiq sets the employers wellfare in first line because happy people generats better result both concerning economical as execution of work.
Cons
I can't find any negative to say about this company. Good management with leaders you follow. I honestly can't find any downs.
