      1. Nice colleagues to work with

      1. No sympathy towards employees who has contributed. 2. Very political. 3. Practice favouritism. 4. Not a very good environment for females who want to start a family, need to commit to long hours. 5. Not much of a career progression. Not a nurturing environment, no training & development planned. 6. Lack of planning and internal communication. 7. Complacency; Feels like nobody wants to improve or change for the better. Very outdated in their thinking and expectations. 8. Doesn't recognise nor commend hard work & contribution - very biased management. 9. Job unsecured, lay off employees quarterly.

Very outdated in their thinking and expectations. 4. No learning / job progression. 5. Doesn't recognise nor commend hard work & contribution - very biased management. 6. Very political 7.
