Pros
The pros are the few good people left who've been able to hold onto their jobs.
Cons
Since Jakma Investments took over approximately four years ago there has been a continual turnover of employees. Their advertisements said "Say Yes to Success," but as far as employees, EVERYONE Jakma hires fails. NO EMPLOYEE that Jakma hired initially, good or bad, has been able to keep their job, and the turnover has accelerated rather than lessened. That bad employees have lost their jobs can be excused. That good, productive employees have lost their jobs in many cases cannot be excused. It's gone from being a company where the worst employees hate ETI to being a company where the best employees hate ETI. If you go to work for ETI, don't expect to be there long. At ETI it's no longer what you know, do, or have done: It's who you know and who you're aligned with. And in the end, who you're aligned with won't save you because the next change in management is probably right around the corner. Be forewarned if you go to work for ETI: They have no conscience or loyalty, nor a heck of a lot of common sense.
