Fine if you start at the top (or near the top) of the organizational chart: good salary, moderate pressure and quite uneventful if you k... the a.. of the HR director. Just move on if you work hard and want to evolve. ETSI used to be a great company. It has now become some kind of inconsistent autocracy.

Pros
International staff an work environment. Working with almost all major telecom companies worldwide. Few travels per year, in good conditions. Teleworking 3 days/week.
Cons
Too little turnover in high level management. Administrative tasks take most of the work time. HR treat staff as Resource, not as Humans, Working infrastructure (buildings) is getting old and outdated compared to local standards.
