This ongoing support reflects a strong dedication to quality and continuous development within the field. It is a privilege to contribute to a mission-driven institution that upholds such rigorous standards in support of global aviation safety.

Cons

Although I do not receive a stipend for this role, I believe this type of agreement is fair. The opportunity to contribute to a high-standard assessment like ELPAC, along with the ongoing training and support provided by Eurocontrol, is rewarding in itself.
