Pros

Insurance, easy to get day off.

Cons

Horrible management. High pressure and very very low pay. They never respect you,treat you like a slave, or a number. Typical Taiwanese company and micro-management. If you are not originally from Taiwan then you are screwed. NO RESPECT. You have to wear suit and tie on a daily basis but get paid like a janitor. NO CAREER, NO LIFE.

Pros

Flight benefit for self and immediate family, generous annual bonus, and great health insurance coverage.

Cons

This is a job that requires you to work constantly under high pressure without proper support and corresponding salary. No teamwork or whatsoever. You'll also be asked to do too many things at one time more than you could ever handle as a new employee. Poor mid level management with no leaderships existing and asked you to hurry up picking up calls to make you feel worthless for all the contributions and efforts.

Pros

Great place to learn about international markets and price analysis and trend progressions. The experience learning from writing weekly and monthly reports really help to provide strong background no matter where you move onto, when you do decide to move on. Good stable job, great flight benefits, and free health insurance. Best part of working here is complementary coffee, snacks almost every time someone leaves and brings back treats from vacation. Despite a few individuals, the team is quite nice and welcoming. Managers are understanding, though they are incredibly stressed at times.

Cons

Ethical dilemmas everywhere. The way the business is done is not sustainable. At times clients are lied to. Most of this is a push from HQ. Very demanding workload for minuscule pay. Certain people on team wants to be the only person in that specific role and employ underhanded Machiavellian tactics in order their place as manager's right hand person. Managers are under continuous stress from HQ constantly everyday, which manifests itself onto the employees who are overworked and underpaid. Business cards are way too flimsy, I can print my own from my home computer that would be much sturdier. As a multi-billion dollar international company, one would expect a certain quality on important necessities such as business cards.
