      Loved my job! Great atmosphere, loved almost everyone I worked with. Potential for growth with a growing new Brand. Wellness minded, healthy eats. EC really gives you tools to succeed. Corporate rules need to be followed

      Need better procedure plans for growth/ training for management. Gray area in my position between supervisor and manager. Titled supervisor but acting as Manager and doing everything a manager would do but not being respected as one. Corporate rules need to be followed
