Pros
- Mostly great colleagues to work with - Many project opportunities due to expansion - Possibility to work part-time
Cons
- No strategy, no clear goals - nobody knows what they are working towards (except their immediate goals) - No top-down communication - No appreciation and understanding of marketing and consumer understanding - Top management is highly de-motivating in its approach with employees - general atmosphere of distrust - Very conservative approach (counting hours rather than output; no option to work from home)
