      Plenty of great people More or less good compensation Not bad culture as for Ukraine

      Cons

      Experience is heavily dependant on the team CEO makes questionable decisions at times Culture overall is not that great, especially if you have broad experience Not that many things to do for senior level developers

      Good management and structure. Polite leaders (in my department)

      Cons

      Rarely leaders had dictator behavior. Because they "right-hand" of CEO and if you culdn't do what they want - you got bad something. In my observing it was impolite/licking butt to CEO.
