The "owner" is very charismatic, but is very ego driven. (The only reason I say "owner" is because although on paper it is classified as a woman owned business, the "owner"/founder and gentleman talking about all the great things they are doing is in fact not a woman.) You'll hear- Engineering led Vendor neutral The last place you'll work Partner program You'll see- Lots of turnover (in the year I was there every engineering resource quit) Incredibly manufacturer influenced People who have achieved not make partner. I'd avoid it unless your only other option is a life of crime or becoming homeless.

You will carry a significant project load (over 20 most of the time, sometimes into the 30's- yes some are small projects but it's still too much to handle as one person) Systems are heavy with administrative tasks, very little automation in reporting Directives will change weekly based on new initiatives, if you can handle changing direction mid stream this may not be a negative for you.
