      No Magic Bullet by hiring more senior execs

      Pros

      Everyone believes in the cause - a digital world to make brands and people accountable for making products. Inspiring Academia of some Executives

      Cons

      CEO isn't focused on the right tasks, controlling the mid level teams when Heads have been hired to do that exact job because they have credible experience. CRO isn't focused on managing but selling. Not enough resources dedicated to development and product or design to build/test hypotheses COO is focused on building a software solutions company instead of product driven company. Not dedicating enough time to operations and process, limited skills in pricing.

      Platform vision is very innovative, and can truly transform brands

      Cons

      Platform is very bespoke and while it is said using customer input, focus is mainly on increasing technical capabilities instead of providing customer focused solutions. Company is very top heavy, with high turnover.

      Since being taken over by a US company a lot of talented staff have just disappeared and those that remain are left wondering when their turn will come
