My primary response is that anyone who is searching for employment should definitely come in and meet the management, whether it's at EVstudio or any other company and make your own call. I think you'll find if you've been around AE, that we are far more engaged and interested than the usual firm. In a firm with over 60 employees, you've got a firm founder taking time to write these responses the day we were notified of the review.
Ironically, we really do care and take an active interest in how people view EVstudio which means that when we let employees go this is their first stop. Turnover can be higher with employees that don't fit, we make every effort to train, provide opportunities and help to find a fit for them.
