      Woman/Gay owned business Central location in San Diego Lots of parking Nearby mall for lunchtime

      Cons

      Irrational CEO New hires were treated horribly with little professional direction given by mgmt. They "turn and burn" new and existing employees very quickly. After 6 months, I was the company's 3rd most senior employee.

      Nothing comes to mind that you would not get at any other company

      Cons

      Boss has her hands in everything, acts as if everything is the end of the world. No recognition for good work mostly complaints about how it was not perfect. Asks your opinion then does things 180 of what you recommended.
