Friendly and knowledgeable people work here. Everyone is willing to help a new agent with guidance. EXIT also offers residuals on recruits you bring in(similar to insurance industry). More than one option to make money. Love my people!

Cons

Commission only pay. Sell you get paid. Don't sell no pay. It's your business and you have to make it happen.
