Pros
Having worked for the company for over 6 months, I can say that everything is okay. You have 100% flexibility to choose which types of orders you want to take, and you can also negotiate a better rate if the offered rate is not competitive.
Cons
Payments are occasionally delayed, but they do eventually arrive. The number of orders that fit my expertise is limited, so I have had to learn to write some orders beyond my expertise. However, the staff are friendly and provide helpful assistance.
