Staff gets along well with each other
Upper management is friendly and pleasant to staff regardless of position.
Work / life balance is excellent; it's okay to leave at the end of the day, OT rarely required.
Cons
There is nowhere to go career-wise; advancement is extremely rare in HQ. Lateral movement is occasionally possible. Training is practically non-existent and exchange of information between other offices and HQ is terrible. People who have been in HQ for years have no understanding of what happens in other locations.
