Pros

They act at first like they actually care then use you and spit you out. People mean nothing to them everyone is replaceable

Cons

They are not good folks to work for the CEO is all about the money people mean nothing to him

Pros

Family-Owned, management on-site. Big time emphasis on culture, and if you are a lower-level employee you are treated well. Monthly awards, and luncheons, quarterly merit (profit sharing), debt free and financially strong, 30 year history.

Cons

A cast-system lives on here, harsh leadership if you are in the upper room. Very little ability to advance beyond lower level work. No internal employe development and key positions are always filled from outside. Its a manufacturing company, but the methods are still stuck in the 80's. No real sales direction and zero sales methodology to take the business into the 21st century. Lots of cliques.

Pros

Great for a first time welder looking to gain "work experience".

Cons

Management and Owners needs to learn management skills,starting pay and top out pay aren't good at all.Bonus and raises aren't given on a regular basis.
