      Pros

      Great money especially if you had good salesmanship and customer service skills.

      Cons

      Micro managed to death. Management and ownership are tools and out of touch with reality and are running the company to the dirt.

      Well connected, good marketing and back office resources

      Cons

      Stingy with the salary, Can get stuck for immigration reasons, pay is tricky at times. Pay calculation is very convoluted just for the firm to not pay completely. Better to get all the details to the last cent clear before starting to work here
