      Pros

      A chance for a life-long career path, working with a variety of local professionals in a sometimes fast-paced setting, helping clients in all 50 states to get the most of their healthcare software. Allowed to do your job without being micro-managed. The satisfaction of decent compensation for a job well done, including the assistance of your co-workers when necessary. The opportunity for company-paid work related travel. And very good health insurance benefits.

      No company 401k plan or retirement offering.

      Pros

      Benefits- PTO, Sick leave, Vacation time, Insurance offered, and paid holidays. On site training from multiple sources. Doesn't micromanage your time or duties. Employee turnover is minimal so you do have some job security.

      Cons

      Traffic is an issue given the location. Low employee turnover does leave behind a few bad apples. Insurance is expensive for employee portion but available. Not much room for growth within company depending on position offered.
