      > they hire freshers in bulk to ruin there career, this is only pros u could find

      Cons

      > Don't ever think of joining this firm if you are fresher , please avoid as you will be stuck after a year completion because what you do is nothing just copy and paste the XML(which they call it as Script engineer) > Higher management need some sense and they should keep tissue paper at least in toilet. stop cost cutting in toilet please, its heights. > Don't treat employees as animals. > Please hire good manager's, don't keep some moron just because he is staying from long time and holding bucket. > once again to mention please don't ruin freshers career. > please refer review for webcetera to know truth

      Pros

      Laid back, casual work environment. Collaboration between teams is healthy.

      Cons

      No on-boarding, no training. Lot's of pressure to deliver with unrealistic deadlines, projects are not scoped properly leading to delays and misunderstanding between client and vendor. Management is set in their ways, not open to new ideas and doesn't listen. If you don't fit the mold you will not make it.

      Pros

      The owners/managers (owners are managers) are Excellent schemers. If you desperately want a job and have very little skills and you don't care about learning any skills, this company is for you. Job stability is the only pro I see.

      Cons

      A company which kills your career in the software industry. You don't learn a thing of value here. They con fresh (BE grads) with out giving a proper JD and then make them work on config files and documentation. They will pay you an industry avg salary and make you do twice as much work. There are a lot of people (including me) who are stuck here for a long time as we can't find any other job outside as we don't have any worthy skills.
