Pros
The culture and atmosphere are truly amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and there is an excellent balance of work and fun within the office. Very fast paced environment that is constantly changing. Things are never boring.
Cons
There can be some breakdown in interdepartmental communications which causes some issues. Very fast paced environment that is constantly changing. The things you know one day are completely irrelevant the next. It is sometimes very difficult to maintain a high quality of output when the understanding you have is incorrect.

Pros
Ezshield is a great place to work. It is a very friendly atmosphere from the top down. I think the benefits are excellent and I can see they are always trying to improve anyway they can. The field of Internet Monitoring and ID Restoration is going to be growing for a long time. The perks are really nice. Stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks. Occasional happy hours and crab feasts. Fairly flexible work schedule. Company picnics and Holiday parties. The work itself is definitely not boring.
