      -work-life balance -positive environment -collaborative process building -transparent policies -good industry practices for customers

      Cons

      It's a smaller company and every single person plays an important roll. In other words, this environment is for individuals that don't need to be micromanaged and are self motivated/proactive. If you're looking to fly under the radar and fulfill an unimportant roll, this won't be a good fit.

      Pros

      The team at EZShop is young, hungry, and ambitious. If you are looking an environment that prioritizes growth and nurtures independence, EZShop is an excellent fit. The team is highly collaborative and embraces innovative problem-solving, lending to a unique and engaging workplace where creativity and teamwork thrive. Also, as a passing aside, there is no shortage of good vibes in the office!

      Cons

      As a young agency, there are naturally growing pains in establishing sustainable internal processes; however the team is actively working on developing viable systems. Although the EZShop team is primarily young (which has its many pros!), the new COO has ushered in some much-needed balance by introducing valuable insights and structure as a veteran of the tech industry. The EZShop future looks very promising.
