Pros

- The false feeling you're one of the "cool" kids - The initial belief you're working in a "real" agency - The fact that gluten free options are considered at a company luncheon - The equally disenchanted direct management - The opportunity to bond with coworkers similar to the bonding people have when in a prison, hostage situation, war or the mafia

Cons

- The moment you realize you have no real path or potential to grow - The moment you realize the staff isn't on the same page and are making a travesty of a customer's services or project - The time you rely on a coworker to be available for something important and they're MIA - Frequent times where you question whether you have anxiety problems because at any given moment you may get ripped apart by the owner - Lack of consideration or constructive feedback when you voice legitimate customer issues and concerns - Absence of higher quality standards and execution - Pricing that isn't adequately calculated when considering actual labor hours and the quality at delivery - Consistent promiscuity among employees

Pros

Fun days occasionally Free lunch at times

Cons

1. Some bad Management there could use leadership training. I personally was made to feel like a number here that was not appreciated and replaceable at any moment. 2. No Health insurance 3. I recieved no raises and neither did my colleagues. 4. Some staff were really mean and when reported to management & owner nothing was done on many occasions. 5. I love my field and what I do but I was surrounded by some bad people that made the environment hectic and stressful. Since these people were close to Mgt/owner no conflict involving them was ever handled properly. 6. I worked on projects that were pushed out the door due to company timeframe that I knew were not up to par. It made me feel horrible. I was told that projects don't need to be perfect that clients are not paying for top notch service. I felt horrible due to this. TM I will keep writing comments because I'd like to be honest and sincere and would like a potential employee to know what they are walking into.

Pros

There is only one pro to working here. You will get paid slightly above the local industry average for keeping your mouth shut, playing along with the lying game, and denying reality. Also a potential pro, if your career is not in growth-mode anymore, this is a great place to retire to predictability.

Cons

1) You will compromise your soul’s purpose if you care about people or professionalism. 2) You will need to alienate your core values if you value good work and ethics. 3) You will be verbally attacked for no apparent reason on a regular basis. 4) You will be blamed for things entirely out of your control. 5) You will be forced to feign positivity despite the way you are treated-unfairly. 6) You will be made to feel as if you owe the company your life just for the job. 7) You will be forced to lie to customers about the actual work the company is doing. 8) You will also have to work miracles to ‘make customers happy’ despite having to lie about the work and reporting. 9) If you are a female, prepare to feel like you are living in 1950. 10) You will never get ahead unless you bow down to the owner and concede to his every, often demeaning, demand. 11) If you speak up, make suggestions for improvement, or support the team, you will be labeled as an enemy of the state and treated as a threat. 12) If you genuinely care about people, you will have your heart broken at the travesties you witness against human rights. 13) If you are talented in any way, you will be ground into dust yet never truly appreciated for your work. 14) You may eventually develop the level of self-doubt and self-sabotage needed to maintain employment long-term. 15) If you have personal values, you will be targeted and most-likely fired eventually. 16) If you have any self-respect, or humility, you will be seen as weak and will attract negative attention from the owner to tear you down. 17) If you are working on learning more, or advancing your career, beware, this place will put a stain on your resume and set you backwards on your path toward goals. 18) Please ask around before believing the hot-air which will inevitably be blown your way by the owner. Ask previous employees what they experienced, ask former clients why they left. Get the truth and don’t stop until you do. 19) If you want to do good digital marketing work, please consider other firms with solid, tangible results-based case studies. The reporting here is bogus and built on minimal effort. 20) Literally every aspect of working here is a compromise. Not in a good win-win kind of way, in a self-depreciating, masochistic complete loss of personal identity type of way. Please beware and do your research before considering to apply here or to do business with this man. Every one of the positive reviews above, were enforced by the owner on us this week. :(
