* lack of genuinity in management * they have an awful work life balance * they made pay cuts during pandemic even though company performed relatively okay in 2020 * low pay, no benefits, no bonus, more work without more pay - interns and freshers be aware * quarterly 'potential acquirer, american salaries' motivational talks * two many too faced artful fuchse * former boys club. only people with certain 'background' seem to progress
