Pros

Flexible work hours if your manager allows it. Work from home. Nice coworkers.

Cons

They brag that they have the best culture, but it's really a "drink the kool-aid or get lost" kind of place. That leads them to only hire people like them so it's a giant echo-chamber of "yes-people" and family members (seriously if someone wrote a TV show that showed this much nepotism in a workplace, viewers would write it off as too unbelievable). It's ironic that they sell diversity equity inclusion training when as another reviewer pointed out, they practice multiple forms of exclusion. Leadership won't acknowledge and fix internal problems, they would rather spend their energy blaming employees or gaslighting them into thinking they are imagining things. Product is not future-proof (which resulted in a huge number of layoffs and salary cuts due to the pandemic, but it's not the first time that happened. They recently made some virtual products in response to losing all their business but it is always reactive, never proactive). Pay is mediocre and not transparent. Benefit premiums are employee-paid. There's no pension plan or RRSP matching or anything. It's not a coincidence that any time a bad review shows up here, a bunch of over-the-top positive reviews do too. That's the kool-aid talking.

Pros

Beautiful office space, gym, landscaping..."flexible work schedule"

Cons

Looks can be deceiving... upon my job offer I inquired about a possible full time opportunity once the contract was complete. I was told "yes of course that would be a possibility if all went well with the company etc." I pursued another opportunity before that was an option...Here's why: While I was employed at Eagles Flight I experienced poor management coaching (ironic given that the company promotes leadership and healthy workplace culture). General/ Project management was poor from the top down, and everyone involved in any given project felt the stress and pressure to deliver. I witnessed several mass layoffs out of the blue while the company was still investing in their beautiful landscaping and tearing down walls, building bigger better offices for their upper management. Which I'm sure felt like a slap in the face for each person they let go not because of performance issues, but because they couldn't not have the best looking office space to "wow" their current and prospective clients. Eagles Flight is heavily contract based because they don't want to invest in you, a typical non committal company that's ready to drop you when is most convenient for them. I did meet some fantastic passionate hard working people while I worked there, but I left because integrity is of utter importance and not something a company that essentially sells values should consider compromising on. Seeing such a two faced company was deeply concerning and utterly unacceptable.

Pros

Great people on a friendship level. That is it.

Cons

Terrible leadership, lack of understanding and industry knowledge in general. Outdated.
