Motorcycles and the customers.

Cons

The company plan and focus changes with upper management's moods. It's a kill or be killed environment with favorites protected by leadership. Undervalued and underpaid for the job. Lack of training and sacred cows make this a difficult place to maneuver. Expected to work long hours without compensation.

Employees other than upper management... people in the trenches are awesome

Cons

This is the most poorly managed company I have ever worked for. Lack of infrastructure for decades and now they’re trying to make things look pretty so they can sell it all and run off into the sunset. If you get hired here expect low pay, below average benefits, no clear direction or processes to follow, then they’ll give you 5 other jobs other than the one you’re hired for just to get laid off when they don’t know which direction they’re going in today. Upper management will smile and hug you and call you brother one day and throw a knife in your back the next.
