      Pros

      Great training opportunities. Lots of bases to transfer into if air medical. Company is very big and headquarters are in Denton, TX.

      Cons

      Run you hard if you are a ground medic. 6months late in annual raise. One paramedic in the back usually with an EMT driver.

      Cons

      EagleMed is a small company with small company values that unfortunately is owned by large Corporate GMR whom looks at its employees as just a number. Life is good until GMR steps in to fix things that aren't broken or adds another layer of management to the 10 layers of management there already is.
