      It pays the bills and that's all I'm going to say about that. Was promised a raise after 90 day probation. Been here 1yr lol.....nothing. o well

      flexible schedule, relaxed office setting

      Cons

      expected to work longer hours and being on call nights and weekends. Even when I took a "vacation" it was still expected of me to answer calls and emails.
