Pros

Some of the supervisors at Eagleville are very caring and will go out of their way to support their employees. There were lots of training opportunities on and off campus. It's a supportive environment to pursue licensure as LPC or LCSW.

Cons

The CEO was very unupportive to the staff and has the attitude that every employee can be replaced. BTW he attempts to control the facility from his house in Florida, so clearly this shows lack of presence on the campus and how out of touch from reality he is. The pay was low considering how many cases you are expected to take on. They were consistently short staffed and it clearly affects the patient care. This includes the lack of psychiatry on campus. The turn over rate is very high and speaks volumes to the employee dissatisfaction.

Pros

I really couldn’t find any.

Cons

Medical malpractice suit waiting to happen. Patients were ignored and disregarded by the psychiatrist. Allergic reactions, seizures, prescribing meds that they said they were allergic to. A psych evaluation should take longer than 10 minutes.

Pros

Working with the patients at EH was very fulfilling

Cons

Management just does not care whatsoever about the safety or well-being of their employees. They fire staff left and right and turnover is so high. Management pressures their subordinates to comply with new guidelines to cover their own tails and do not speak up on behalf of their staff.
